Black Sea National University is a cost-effective university for MBBS situated in Mykolayiv Oblast, Ukraine, established in 1996. It is affiliated and certified by cabinet ministry in Ukraine in 1996. In 2002, the Black Sea was followed by Petro Mykolaiv Humanitarian University under the governance of Ukraine cabinet ministry. It became renowned in higher medical institution and pioneers of the academic teaching systems and techniques worldwide.
